About the CTRL Lab

Welcome to the Center for Teaching, Research and Learning (CTRL) Lab blog!

Located in Hurst 203, the CTRL Lab is a multi-functional facility that provides quantitative and technology research expertise across various disciplines. The CTRL Lab is part of the Research Support Group (RSG) of the Center for Teaching, Research & Learning (CTRL) at American University. The Research Support Group aims to assist American University researchers in solving academic computing problems while enhancing their skills to perform excellent research.

The RSG serves as a research information and training center for quantitative and qualitative analysis, providing in-depth consulting for statistical software, quantitative and qualitative research methods, data resources, geospatial resources, and technical developments related to academic computing.

This blog is designed to keep students, faculty, and staff at American University up-to-date with the latest information from the CTRL Lab.  This is your stop for recent news and tips to help facilitate your research.
